The EVO 1 intercooler has the following net dimensions (520x210x130/graded 11,750cm³) and thus offers an 85% larger flow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The performance high-performance mesh is a high-quality bar and plate mesh with very good cooling properties. Due to the high material content, the performance version has a weight of 9.0kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO 1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first power stages of the BMW 35i engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to constant quality control.
