The Eventuri Carbon Intake System for BMW E46 M3 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience.
The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter. The inverted conical filter ultimately results in the Venturi effect, so that an even laminar airflow is generated.
In the E46 M3 in particular, the Eventuri kit not only delivers advantages in terms of performance and response behaviour, but the sound of the engine is now also more present.
The airbox is manufactured using the prepreg carbon process.
