Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS 07/2021+
The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (600mm x 395mm x 135mm [stepped] = 28.9 litres) and thus offers a 127% larger flow area and 250% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to the neighbouring components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised using flow analyses in the CFD system. With the help of integrated air baffles in the inlet, an even filling of the intercooler is ensured. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the crossbar form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, weighs just 18.0kg. It is fitted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (1:1 replacement). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to constant quality control. Optimised for the best possible internal flow rate with Ø82mm inlets and outlets.
